We've built an efficient system. Most warehouse-stocked orders ship within 24 hours and arrive in 2-8 business days.

All items labeled "in stock" are available for immediate purchase, in-store and online. If an error occurs, we'll contact the customer to resolve it.

Orders cannot be changed once submitted. You can cancel before processing. For additions, place a new order. Follow the return process upon shipment receipt for returns.

Multiple packages may arrive separately. If all show 'Delivered,' but you're missing one, contact us at support.

You can cancel preorders before shipment. Once you receive the shipping notification, cancellation isn't possible. To return, follow our Returns Policy page instructions.

We want our customers to be happy with Queensell products. If you change your mind, you can return any unused product within 14 days for a full refund, as long as it's in new condition with the original packaging and tags.
